Sales Tax Policy

All prices do not include taxes (e.g., G.S.T. or others). All orders are subject to acceptance by our Order Desk. Prices are subject to change without notice. BiggiPop.com conducts business throughout Canada and complies with sales tax collection and remittance requirements as mandated by law. Additionally, BiggiPop.com collects and remits sales tax as applicable. Individuals who have provided a PST number or Certificate of Resale (residing in the province of British Columbia) or meet the requirements for First Nations Indigenous Status may be eligible for tax exemptions. For First Nations tax exemption, BiggiPop.com must receive a photo of the front and back of the status card of the person placing the order, and the shipment must be delivered to reserve land.

Price Differences Between Webpages

Prices may vary from the "As Low As" price advertised on our website for several reasons. The "As Low As" price represents the best price available for items. This price typically applies to sizes S to XL, primarily in the color White, and for quantities of 36 pieces or more. Colored shirts may have different pricing, and sizes 2XL and larger may also be priced differently depending on the style. These prices will be displayed after selecting a size and color from the dropdown menu.

Content caching can also lead to differences in displayed prices between webpages. While we make every effort to keep our website information up to date, certain internet technology providers use content caching technologies that may serve outdated web pages. Additionally, ISPs and networks may employ caching servers that deliver cached copies of web pages instead of requesting the most current content from our servers. Search engines, directories, and archive technologies may also offer cached copies of old web pages, which may not reflect the current data and pricing information on our website. BiggiPop.com cannot be held responsible and cannot honor cached pricing information from third-party caching servers over which we have no control.

Payment

If you choose Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or PayPal as your payment method, your credit card will be charged the full order total when you select 'Place Order' at checkout. Any adjustments to the order after it has been placed will result in either a refund to the original payment or an additional transaction.

BiggiPop.com does not accept Purchase Orders.

Validation

After placing an order through our shopping cart, we will validate the information you provide for accuracy by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order, limit quantities on any order, or cancel any order without providing a reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address provided with the order.

If an order is rejected, we will process a refund to the charge made against your card.

Receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order or constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. BiggiPop.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receiving your order.

Freight

All freight and shipping charges are F.O.B. point of origin. Free freight is permitted according to BiggiPop.com's Terms and Conditions and the chosen carrier's terms, unless otherwise specified. If additional transportation costs apply, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure payment, even in the case of free shipping. Common additional fees charged to BiggiPop.com by carriers include but are not limited to incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers, tailgate use, wait time at delivery, delivery to private residences, inside delivery, second delivery attempts, refused deliveries, and remote area deliveries. This list is non-exhaustive.

Reserved Property

The merchandise sold remains the property of BiggiPop.com until full and final payment is received.

Termination

Failure to comply with any of the Terms automatically revokes your authorization to use the Site, Marketing Tools, and Software and terminates any and all rights granted to you under the Terms.

Collections

In the event that this account is referred to a collection agency, the Buyer agrees to pay any collection fees incurred by BiggiPop, in addition to but not limited to any attorneys fees or costs of collections.
