BiggiPop - Return Policy
Return of Product Fees and Procedures
BiggiPop employs third-party fulfillment warehouses in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver for storing and shipping all orders. This significantly reduces operational costs, enabling us to pass the savings back to you. Note that the return and exchange procedures, along with associated fees, are set by these third-party fulfillment warehouses.
General Information:
All relevant fees, procedures, policies, and other information are transparently outlined on our website to ensure you are informed before making any purchases.
- Shipping Responsibility:
- You are responsible for shipping and covering the shipping costs for returning items to the warehouse from which they were originally shipped.
- Only Purolator, UPS, or FedEx are acceptable carriers for returns.
- All returned items must be in 100% undamaged, unworn, unwrinkled, and perfect condition.
- In-person returns are not accepted as the warehouse is not open to the public.
- Restocking Fee:
- A 25% restocking fee is imposed on returned items by the fulfillment center.
- Time Limit:
- Return requests are accepted within 28 days of the purchase date.
Return Process:

- Your name
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Reason(s) for the return
- List of items to return (including model number, quantity, color, and size)
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Packaging:
- Place items in a solid, clean box/package.
- Write the RA# and PO# on paper and place it inside the box/package on top of the clothes.
- Write the RA# and PO# on the outside of the box/package using a thick black marker.
- Shipping and Tracking:
- Ship the box back to the Return Department (at your expense) using only Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.
- Do NOT use Canada Post.
- Provide us with the Purolator, FedEx, or UPS tracking number.
Important Notes:
- Loss or damage to the package during transit will result in no refund.
- If the Return Department deems the items worn, wrinkled, washed, altered, or damaged, the return will be denied.
- Denied returned items will NOT be returned to you and will be donated to a local charity.
- The Return Department will inspect the box within 5-7 days of receipt.
- Refunds typically take 3-4 days after inspection approval and restocking.
Consequences of Misconduct:
- Any return or exchange deemed in bad faith will result in an automatic block from all future purchases without exception. Subsequent business transactions with BiggiPop or its subsidiaries will no longer be possible.
